Great Service, Great Experience, and even Greater Car! Came in on Thursday night 2/20/20 to check out a car I saw online and was instantly greeted by Carlo, who was quick to provide the most amazing SQ5 fo Came in on Thursday night 2/20/20 to check out a car I saw online and was instantly greeted by Carlo, who was quick to provide the most amazing SQ5 for a test drive, while my pregnant wife and son waited in the lounge. I told Carlo I was not ready to purchase that night, and I did not have a lot of time since I needed to get my wife some dinner and my son home in time for bed. No pressure, just a great test drive, and was able to see what the Q was all about. Carlo gave me his business card and we left it at that. Came back to finalize the purchase on Saturday 2/22/20 (alone this time) with Carlo and it was a great continuation of the service I got on Thursday. We smoothly went from negotiation to finance (Eddie rocks as well) to showing me the bells and whistles of the new car to shaking hands! In all the excitement of getting the new car, I failed to notice a small crack on the windshield until I got home. After telling Carlo about it on Monday, he assured me he would take care of it, and to make sure I am 100% happy with the car and comfortable with the purchase. Great customer service, looking forward to servicing my car with Hoffman Estates for years to come! More
