I test drove the 2018 Volvo C60; the Lexus RX 350; the BMW x3 and the Audi Q5. I have had two Lexus RX vehicles in the last 12 years and what sets Audi apart, especially the Hoffman Estates location was Carlo Gilli. Before I test drove the car, Carlo spent 30 minutes going over the entire vehicle; soup to nuts. The standard features of this car were superior to those being offered by Audi competitors. My sales experience with Carlo, Dan Jigalov, the general manager and Nick Fricano, the product specialist far exceeded previous experiences with other dealers. Good customer service is invaluable regardless of what you buy, where or for how much. It is apparent that Audi's customer service is above and beyond anything I have experienced in my many years of car buying. My 3 month wait for the Q5 I ordered was worth the wait and I look forward to a long relationship with Audi and its prized staff. More

When you walk into the Audi dealership in Hoffman Estates, IL, you're greeted with smiles all around, a clean environment, and a friendly approach to sales. I work in sales personally and understand the drive for these salesman to push cars and reach their ABCs (Always be Closing.) When it comes to Carlo, he is absolutely willing to work with you on ALL levels. I would suggest that other's in the dealership shadow his sales technique because he's a great listener, understands the needs of the clients, understands when to push a product/warranty, and when not to do it. His sales finesse is unbeatable and I plan to buy more vehicles through him because he transcended that gap from being a salesman to being a good friend of the family. In fact, it's a treat to see Carlo because he always has a very friendly smile on his face and enjoys talking cars as well. Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! First, let me say that I've bought many... MANY... cars over the course of my lifetime. I hand honestly say that working with Carlo Gilli and the fol First, let me say that I've bought many... MANY... cars over the course of my lifetime. I hand honestly say that working with Carlo Gilli and the folks at Audi Hoffman Estates was the best car buying experience that both me and my wife have had, EVER! Carlo and the team, were not only knowledgeable about their products but they were also very helpful and respectful to me and my family. I had a BMW 335xi and was looking to trade it in for an Audi. I did some research on an A3 and intended to test drive that car. However, when we got to the dealership, the A4 caught our (me and my wife's) eyes. It was more spacious than my BMW and (in my opinion better looking). Carlo walked us through the features and the specs of the A4 and then we went for a test drive. Carlo didn't even have to say much during the drive. The car pretty much spoke for itself. But oddly, that's what I really appreciated about the experience. He didn't bad mouth the competition... he didn't speak with overbearing bravado or arrogance... There was no sign of "Power" selling. It was just one car enthusiast talking to another and he let me come to my own conclusion. And that conclusion was that we wanted to get into this car. But here's where the car buying experience far outshined all my previous experiences. When it came down to talking about numbers, it was so simple. Look, the world had changed. Most people come into a dealership knowing just as much as the people who work at the dealership about how much things cost. Carlo and Eddie (Finance Manager) didn't waste hours upon hours of our time going back and forth playing the "let me see what my manager says" game with me and my wife. By the time I got back to the dealership from getting my car's title and our checkbook from our house (40 minutes total). My wife and Carlo were just wrapping up the paperwork and ready for me to sign. Another 20 minutes later I finished signing the rest of the financial paperwork with Eddie and we were on our way home. Service was fast, efficient and a great pleasure - just like my new A4! Thank you Carlo and team for the best experience ever. You've got my business anytime. More
