Patience and understanding First time we met Carlo, he impressed us with his friendliness and knowledge of the car. Even when we told him that we're not ready to buy yet, he proudly showed us the beautiful Q5 we were eyeing. He even demonstrated some of the cool features of the car, and we fell in love. However, after seeing the tag price, my heart sunk and decided that maybe, this is not the car for us. We went shopping for other cars and was about ready to purchase a Land Rover, but we decided to look one more time to Q5 or at least tell Carlo of our decision. As usual, Carlo was very accommodating, gave us a quote that was still unaffordable. So we went home pretty much decided to buy the Land Rover. Carlo shook my hand and said to let him know if we change our mind. Well, I didn't, but my husband did. After a long argument, I called Carlo, who instead of gloating, sounded very happy & excited. His patience and understanding really impressed us. He happily answered all our questions ( stupid questions as well ) His enthusiasm was contagious and in spite of my monetary worries, I couldn't help but feel excited too. Love you Carlo.
