Actually, I was down the road checking out another luxury b This is the SECOND luxury car we have purchased with Carlo Gilli, Jr. as our Salesperson! Actually, I was down the road checking out another luxury brand at a competitor, then decided to check out the Audi Q5. We knew Carlo from 4 years earlier and were pleased to know he is now with Audi of Hoffman Estates. We definitely wanted to work with Carlo again, and waited 45 minutes as he finished up with his current customer. Carlo took great pride in extolling the virtues of the Audi brand, and showcasing the various models. Later, during my Q5 test drive, Carlo went to great lengths to point out and describe the various features of this SUV. When it was time to pick up and drive my new Q5 home, Carlo took the time to illustrate and demonstrate the functions of those same features and technology, wanting me to fully understand and enjoy the most my new car has to offer. Throughout the entire sales experience, Carlo conducted himself in a most pleasant and professional manner. There was never any sales pressure, Carlo truly wants his customer to have a favorable driving/ownership experience ..... or the "Audi Experience" as he refers to it. I think Carlo was just as excited for me as I was excited to sit in that driver's seat and drive my new Q5 off the showroom floor! The car drives like a dream.
