Each time we looked around at other makes and models but we always came back to Sun. The salesmen we have had over the years did not employ high pressure tactics or the “you have got to purchase today” type mentality. We have found that Sun is always willing to deal fairly on any vehicle. Kudos to Carlos this last time around (and Corey) for delivering an experience that should be the industry standard approach to a car buying experience. We will always return to Sun because they keep delivering value. I applaud this year over year commitment to the customer. Well done! More

I met with the sales team and found everyone I dealt with to be friendly, accommodating and competent. The sales rep (Carlos) provided the best new car demo and indoctrination I have ever experienced. At no time did anyone on the sales team apply "hard sell" tactics or attempt to "up sell" to a more expensive car. There was also no pressure to purchase available "dealer installed options". They made me aware of what was available and when I declined we moved on. In the end I purchased the car for exactly the price quoted in the initial email and drove it home that afternoon. This is my second new car purchase from Sun Toyota and my previous purchase experience was equally good, as were all my visits to the service department over the years for routine maintenance. Based on my experience with this purchase and over the past six years I can highly recommend the Sun Toyota team. More

Carlos was ab Carlos went the extra mile to help me find the cars that I purchased. I was in need of two vehicles and had restrictions to work with. Carlos was able to help me with the purchase of a new 2019 Corolla and a used 2016 Toyota Certified Scion. These vehicles will help my wife and I get to work for the next 5 to 10 years. Carlos worked hard for us and got us the financing that we needed. I was skeptical about being able to purchase what I wanted within the terms I had to work with. Carlos assured me that he could make it happen and he did! Thank you for all of your help Carlos. You are an honest, hard-working man. More

Steven and Carlos are the Supreme team!!!! Steven Peake And Relationship Manager Carlos Allicock are the very essence of teammates that delivered and exceptional car buying experience for me an Steven Peake And Relationship Manager Carlos Allicock are the very essence of teammates that delivered and exceptional car buying experience for me and my family. To them, it was not only about selling a car, but getting to know me and my family personally to ensure they put us into the right car that all of us fell in love with. From the first phone call with Steven, to the Q and A conversation with Carlos, to test driving different vehicles, to eventually picking the right vehicle for us at the right price. Sun Toyota definitely created a supreme team when they paired Steven And Carlos together. When your 5 year old goes out of his way to hug Steven and Carlos and saying thank you for the new car says a lot about the type of experience that they gave. We will forever get all of our future vehicles from Sun Toyota. Tommy and Maria Correa More
