Always coming back to Sun Toyota We have bought and leased no less than four vehicles in the last eight years from Sun Toyota. Each time we looked around at other makes and models bu We have bought and leased no less than four vehicles in the last eight years from Sun Toyota. Each time we looked around at other makes and models but we always came back to Sun. The salesmen we have had over the years did not employ high pressure tactics or the “you have got to purchase today” type mentality. We have found that Sun is always willing to deal fairly on any vehicle. Kudos to Carlos this last time around (and Corey) for delivering an experience that should be the industry standard approach to a car buying experience. We will always return to Sun because they keep delivering value. I applaud this year over year commitment to the customer. Well done! More

Outstanding Purchase Experience I live several hours away from the Sun Toyota dealership so I requested an OTD price quote for a new Toyota from the online inventory and had the quot I live several hours away from the Sun Toyota dealership so I requested an OTD price quote for a new Toyota from the online inventory and had the quote in hand via email in less than an hour. I met with the sales team and found everyone I dealt with to be friendly, accommodating and competent. The sales rep (Carlos) provided the best new car demo and indoctrination I have ever experienced. At no time did anyone on the sales team apply "hard sell" tactics or attempt to "up sell" to a more expensive car. There was also no pressure to purchase available "dealer installed options". They made me aware of what was available and when I declined we moved on. In the end I purchased the car for exactly the price quoted in the initial email and drove it home that afternoon. This is my second new car purchase from Sun Toyota and my previous purchase experience was equally good, as were all my visits to the service department over the years for routine maintenance. Based on my experience with this purchase and over the past six years I can highly recommend the Sun Toyota team. More
