Leased vehicle I had the most pleasurable experience at Sun Toyota yesterday. I am very appreciative of all he did to get me into the vehicle I wanted and for the price I was looking to pay. He helped me in all aspects of finding, and leasing the right vehicle for me, and I was truly grateful and thankful for his help, and I will be returning to Sun Toyota for my next vehicle , requesting Carlos again. I had about reached my breaking point with ever being able to get financing for a vehicle and then poof Sun Toyota was able to do it. From start to finish it was hassle free and everyone went above and beyond and really made me feel like I mattered. I had been to a dealership a big left unnamed but not to far from Sun and they couldn’t get anything done for me. Sun made me feel so comfortable they were defiantly no bull and worked their butts off to get the deal done, and they did. I couldn’t be more appreciative to everyone there. Thank you guys so much. I will be a Sun customer for life. More

Returning to Carlos Carlos sold me a vehicle some years ago and was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. When I decided to trade that vehicle in Carlos was my choice to Carlos sold me a vehicle some years ago and was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. When I decided to trade that vehicle in Carlos was my choice to work with again in spite of the fact that I am only a seasonal resident and my Florida residence is nearly an hour’s drive from Sun Toyota. Carlos was able to find me the unit I wanted and get it delivered to his lot. After completing the deal, Carlos spent well over an hour helping me become familiar with the vehicle’s functions-a REAL plus! I would highly recommend you request Carlos Allicock should you explore a Toyota purchase. More

Bitter sweet buying experience. I had to name my review Bitter Sweet since things started off a little bitter and ended up sweet since Eddie has finished the whole process by the del I had to name my review Bitter Sweet since things started off a little bitter and ended up sweet since Eddie has finished the whole process by the delivery. Mistakes were on either sides and goes as follows: Initially, the mistake as a buyer, I didn’t take a look at the car, I didn’t test drive but talked about final numbers and after test driving, I didn’t like the car. Mistake as a salesperson, I wasn’t asked what type of car I was looking for, wasn’t offered to test drive or look at the car and he didn’t have all the information or knowledge about the car I was looking at. After a disappointing first visit, I’ve decided to pursue my car buying attempt with another salesperson on Saturday, 4/26/19, everything was fine and met my expectations except it’d have been a bit better if he’d have communicated everything that we discussed regarding price, options and everything regarding the deal to Finance Manager, but apparently he didn’t. Next, Finance manager said my bank would highly recommend to add the extended warranty and my bank said it’s up to me to decide if I want to add extended warranty or not, so that creates a friction between me and finance manager while editing the purchase contract and redoing all the paperwork. Yes, it is a pain, but, if the communication was transparent and clear between salesperson and finance manager, we could’ve avoided that. On the day I was picking up the car, Wednesday, 5/1/19, early morning I received an email from internet sales manager for an incentive of $500 towards my purchase or lease. When asked if I can use it, finance manager didn’t like it and said he can’t make the decision. IF the deal has been finished on Saturday, WHY did I get the incentive that I cannot use? Why is there a disconnect in system that allowed to send an incentive to a customer who had already signed the paperwork? I did not ask for the incentive. I did not even contest or fight for that additional $500. But it was offered to me from Sun Toyota. At this point, both me and finance manager were out of patience and wanted to get it done only to realize I don’t have keys to the new car, not sure about the temporary tag. But, this is when Eduardo, relationship manager stepped in and completed the delivery process. This is ONLY the sweet part of my entire experience and I wasn’t even offered to hit the gong after my purchase. Thank you for everything and I hope to do business with Eduardo later in future. More
