I was in the market for another new vehicle and decided on the 2023 RAV4 XSE Hybrid. In the past, I always worked with an excellent sales associate named Aidan McBride. However, I was notified about 5 mo on the 2023 RAV4 XSE Hybrid. In the past, I always worked with an excellent sales associate named Aidan McBride. However, I was notified about 5 months ago by Aidan that he was leaving the Sun Toyota dealership. He didn't want to leave me without a good sales associate from Sun Toyota, suggesting co-worker, Mr. Carlos Allicock. I had spoken to Carlos a number of times since then by phone, but today we met in person to seal the deal on the new Toyota RAV4. I know now why Aidan McBride suggested I patronize Mr. Allicock. Very much like Aidan, Carlos was personable and professional, with a lot of knowledge about Toyota products. I highly recommend Carlos Allicock at Sun Toyota. Excellent employees give the impression they are working for the customer's best interests, instead of the dealership's. That is great customer service, and yes, I give 5-starts to Sun Toyota and Carlos. More
