Carlos kept me up to date with everything! Once the truck arrived Carlos notified me right away. Very positive experience. After 9 long months of waiting, my new all wheel drive Prius hybrid arrived. (I am a first time Prius owner. ) The coordination of getting the car registered and pick-up went very smoothly. Victor, my original salesperson was on vacation, so another sales rep was assigned, Emmanuel. He was so patient in explaining all the features of the vehicle when I went to see the car for the first time before it was totally ready. It was overwhelming, but when I returned for pick-up, he explained everything again. The price of the vehicle had gone up but the increase was explained very well. I originally ordered a 2022, but wound up with a 2023 with a few features I had not ordered. I love my 2023 Prius hybrid (looks and performance). I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership. But beware that only one set of keys was available because of the shortage of computer chips. So waiting for a second set. More
