He handled everything and made the process of trading in a car and buying a much better used one, seem easy. The whole process only took a couple of hours and I was driving out of there with my newly insured, newly registered car. Everyone at the dealership was polite and friendly but Carlos stood out. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was expected. He walked me threw everything on the car all the buttons and even programmed my phone into the car's radio system. He was running back and forth solving all the little problems that pop up, but always came back to update me on the status. I can't say it enough, this guy was great and the dealership was great. It was like getting in a time machine to 20 years ago when people still cared and customer service still meant something. Carlos and Toyota of Braintree, have a customer for life. More

We purchased a new 2020 Rav 4 Hybrid LTD. We bought the car sight unseen as we were able to test drive the same make and model (different color) the car was delivered the following day as promised. We were complete with registration and sticker that same day. Carlos took his time explaining all the nuances and everything in the car with great detail. We will definitely purchase our next vehicle at Toyota of Braintree. More

Enter Carlos at Toyota of Braintree, who put me at ease from the start. He worked within my boundaries to get me into a great car, and made the whole experience an easy, seamless one. Above all else, I appreciated Carlos’ honesty and humanness. He was not a sales-bot, so to speak; he never pushed too hard or treated me like a number. Our conversations were easy, and I found his insights into the car I purchased to be very valuable. Just a great dude (a very friendly dealership in general, for that matter), and a fantastic guide on my road to a new car.
