I had 4 separate meetings and at no time did I feel harassed to buy the car. The first occasion (with Carlos A) I just wanted to look at the available colors. Carlos was fine with that. I then set up a meeting to look at cars. This time (with Francys) we discussed in more detail what I was looking for. I was then shown a few cars and test drove one. As I wanted to think about it further, I left, setting up a 3rd meeting to discuss the price. Negotiations (with Kenny) were easy (I had done my homework and had an approximate figure in mind). I showed my figures to Kenny who worked with management to come to an acceptable price and we made a deal. My 4th and final visit was to pick up the car and to be shown all the wonderful safety features included in my beautiful new car. I greatly appreciated that they allowed me to take my time. I did not receive 50 phone calls pressuring me, nor did I ever hear the dreaded phrase "what can we do to make this happen?". I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership or any of their associates. More

Carlos was great he was attentive to the kids and made sure to help find the vehicle that would work for me. I can’t say enough about how good this experience was looking for a vehicle. I have never had a game free experience at a dealership before. I certainly hope that the management and ownership recognize Carlos for his completely outstanding commitment to doing the right thing for his customers. The whole process was about making sure the right vehicle was selected at the right price unlike what you will get elsewhere. Maureen M. More
