It is now 2 weeks later and the only words I have heard from them have been when I personally drove up their in another vehicle of mine (not a loaner from them) to FINALLY hear what they couldn’t do to fix my car. I have called numerous times throughout the week each day to try and hear anything about it for an update and have been continuously hung up on, told “I would be reached out to asap” for nothing to happen unless I manage to call everybody in their office. Extremely unprofessional and sketchy nonetheless. I will never be buying a car from Oakes Kia again. More
