This dealership is the only one I go to. I trust them. They are professional, very courteous, friendly and concerned about helping you and giving you the best experience. This was by far the worst experience I've had with Findlay Kia. To the point that I will be looking for a new Kia dealership where to service my Kia EV6 going forward. Not only was there poor communic Findlay Kia. To the point that I will be looking for a new Kia dealership where to service my Kia EV6 going forward. Not only was there poor communication, I had to chase to get answers. After keeping my car for 3 weeks, it was returned to me filthy and dirtier than when I dropped it off. There was a dent on the rear driver fender, the interior was filled with greasy finger prints all over the dash, steering wheel, and interior roof. I also asked for them to retape the seatbelt holder and that wasn't done. My seat was readjusted on my settings and saved so I had to redo my seat adjustments. Overall, I cannot say anything positive about this experience at all. I've been with this dealership since purchasing my car in 2022 so it makes me sad having to leave. However, since the turnover of several key service people, my experience has not been the same. More

The dealership doesn't care about their customers they try to rip them off and they have no customer service skills.
