He was helpful in learning about my new Nissan and offered for me to call him anytime if i had difficulty with learning any of the suv's many features. I found this accessiblity comforting. Also, I had told him what i was looking for in a new car and he provided it along with other cars to test drive in the event i wanted to do so. All of this took place by phone and email before i even arrived to test drive. So my actual time at the dealership was reduced by half. I was very pleased with the experience and bought exactly what i wanted. Thank you. More
