My experience with Kendall Dodge's service department was overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend them for any automotive needs. I brought my Ram TRX in for a simple driveshaft recall, a procedure that should have been straightforward. Instead, it turned into a month-and-a-half-long ordeal marked by incompetence and a lack of attention to detail. On two separate occasions, I received calls to pick up my vehicle, only to discover upon arrival that new problems had emerged. It was as if the car was developing fresh issues while under their care. The only saving grace in this situation was the general manager, who eventually intervened and seemed to get the process moving in the right direction. However, the unprofessionalism displayed by the service manager was particularly concerning. His explanation that "cars get sick, maybe yours is just sick right now" might be humorous to some, but it reflects a lack of seriousness and expertise that I found deeply unsettling. Ultimately, the dealership failed to resolve the initial recall issue effectively and introduced new problems in the process. I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Kendall Dodge. The icing on the cake was also picking up my car and the floor mats were filthy. They made no attempt to even clean the vehicle. More
