The experience with the service advisor was good. Had 4 tires replaced, and was given a completion time and provided status updates during true service. On the other hand, this is where I have my issues. Technician set tires to 29 psi when they should’ve been 38, it even says it on the B Pilar of the drivers door. When the lug nuts were put on, he/she/they/them FORGOT TO TIGHTEN 3 lug nuts, 2 being on 1 tire!!! I’ve seen issues like this happen to other people in the past and know what can happen and how dangerous this can be. Not just my life, but even my kids life are in danger and those around in a worse case scenario. Completely unaware of this when the car was delivered to me, I went about my day. When arriving to work the following day, a coworker of mine told me that I was missing a lug nut one of the wheels as I was raving about my experience at the dealership. After pointing out the missing lug nut, I decided to inspect the wheels and tires and that is when I noticed 3 other lug nuts were able to spin by hand. Not to mention the lug nuts were over torqued with an impact and my lug nuts are shredded up. Wait, there’s more! The balancing on one of the rear tires were out of whack. Let me tell you, at highway speeds, felt as if I had massage seats. Luckily I was able to get the balancing issue resolved at a tire shop. I am aware this survey is solely based of the dealership and the service advisor which is why I’m giving 5 stars. But If the technician had his own star rating, I would definitely not recommend More
