Horrible experience with Honda of Kirkland. Complete waste of time and a trip to this dealership. Neither Carlos nor Issac were any bit serious to sell the vehicle. Scheduled a test drive for a vehicle I was very interested in via their website, salesperson reached out right away to confirm, was super friendly and responsive. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't test drive without agreeing on numbers first. On a 3-year old USED car, where I found at least one deficiency from just looking at the photos. I'd have no problem if they told me upfront when I made the appointment, but waiting until I come in to tell me is extremely disrespectful and a waste of everyone's time. I've purchased about a dozen vehicles in the last 10 years and have not had this experience before. Luckily despite the crazy vehicle market there were still a few others selling this car in the area, and they were all much more straightforward to work with. More

Carlos was the best salesperson I have ever worked with in any car shopping experience. Carlos was very down to earth, explained everything about the car just like you were talking about the weather. I started by looking at the Honda Fit, then the Civic hatchback, then the HRV , then moved on to the CRV Hybrid. Carlos didn't pressure me and was patient as I kept changing my mind about which car I wanted. I went to the dealership 3 times looking at all of these cars. Carlos took the time with each vehicle and test driving was a breeze. I didn't have to fill out 20 minutes worth of paperwork or kept getting asked how much I wanted to get for my trade before I test drove the vehicle. He just gave me the keys and let me test drive the car. We looked at the Honda CRV Hybrid, which is new to me and I had a lot of questions about the vehicle. He explained everything with ease and always had a simple answer. He was not condescending and didn't treat you like you were stupid. I felt very comfortable with him and it was such a different experience. I did not buy the Honda CRV, but I wished I could have taken Carlos to the other dealership, so he could get the sale. If you go to Honda of Kirkland, ask for Carlos. More

Overall process, paperwork and picking up the car went super smooth. Was looking for a San Marino Red and they were able to get from another dealership quickly :) Though I had to pay for the extra cost for this color/inventory in the negotiations, overall value of the car out-of-the-door price was a good (though not the thanksgiving-style best) deal. - Two suggestions to the Dealership management/leadership - One to be little less aggressive with price negotiations (especially when the prospective customer is a serious buyer, accommodating and interested party). Two, to provide some Honda goodies when picking up the new car. Swags like official Caps, Jackets or Hoodies as complimentary items really do leave that extra mile impression and welcomes the buyer into the upcoming relationship with the dealership. Overall, a very nice experience with Mahad and Carlos, a big shout-out to both of them - with purchase, acquisition and customer relations. Will add another review after I go through the service.
