They both were extremely informative and personable. Carlos took the time to explain the differences between the Civic LX and EX models and showed me cars in the colors that I was interested in. I did not feel pressured at any time during the time I was at the dealership and that to me was extremely important. I would highly recommend this dealership when buying your next car! More

We needed a dealership who would accommodate our schedule and the not so convenient way of buying a car. We can be a bit stubborn and set in our ways when buying a car, some would see it as to much work and turn us away. Not at Honda of Kirkland our car dealer ( Carlos Cubias) and staff helping him stayed true to there word and showed professionalism and patience to meet all our needs and get us into this vehicle. My father is very happy with his new car And the service provided by Honda of Kirkland. Would Recommend anybody looking to buy a new or used car to go and give Honda of Kirkland a chance and get you into that car you have been eyeing. More

I was always impressed with the sales and service staff in Kirkland. They are always fast and fair with everything they do. This year I needed to replace one of the Hondas (total collision loss) and add an additional vehicle as we have new drivers in the family. I have now as of this review purchased 2 vehicles from Kirkland Honda. They have been great to work with. More
