While we got the vehicle we wanted, no one really went above and beyond. Jenny did a wonderful job, but most of the people we spoke with felt like they would get the business anyway and never really gaine above and beyond. I had an appointment today with Carlos on a used Acura RDX. What a DISPPOINTMENT. The interior on driver's side was TRASHED. Driver door was stained BAD, rockers had DEEP scratches in it and driver's seat RDX. What a DISPPOINTMENT. The interior on driver's side was TRASHED. Driver door was stained BAD, rockers had DEEP scratches in it and driver's seat was pancaked. Price on vehicle was almost $46,000. It had less than 12,000 miles on it. They never fixed any of these items before customers see it. NO RECONDITIONING at all. I can't recommend dealer due to POOR dealership presentation. Get it right before ANY customers see your vehicles. More
