I would highly recommend this Dealership. However I have one issue that still needs to be resolved. During the test drive I smell what seemed like coolant when I turned on the AC. I was lead to believe that this would dissipate in time. It hasn’t. I’m still in the process of making arrangements for service. I’m just surprised that this wasn’t caught and corrected during a ‘detailed’ certification inspection. The odor was very apparent and even the sales rep. during the drive mentioned it. I can’t say anything else about until I bring it in for a check. Otherwise I’m extremely pleased with my 428i convertible. More

Sometimes I find that the ratings don’t reflect what I experience when I visit them. Today I visited Circle BMW because my daughters lease was up and she was interested in a new X3. Circle’s ratings were excellent but it was a little bit of a drive from my house. I decided to give them a try and am so happy that I did. I have been buying new cars for almost fifty years and this was the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. Before going I confirmed that they had the vehicle my daughter was interested and discussed ballpark prices with the general sales manager Laura who suggested we come down to test drive the car. When we arrived the car was waiting and sales consultant Carlos Lopez gave us a test drive and answered any questions we had. Carlos was very polite and professional. Afterward we sat and reached an agreement that was very satisfactory. No pressure or low ball promises that couldn’t be met. All the paperwork and insurance details were taken care of while the car received a final detailing. We were in and out of the dealership in two and a half ours. Now I know why this dealership has such a high rating, because they earned it! Laura and Carlos were a pleasure to work with. They were aggressive with their pricing and handled the transaction professionally. If your in the market for a BMW product do yourself a favor and give these people an opportunity to meet your requirements. We are very pleased! Thank you Laura and Carlos!!! More
