For this reason I made Bournes my top choice in search of a vehicle for me. I was met with a friendly smile from Jose Garcia in sales. Jose was very informative in answering my questions and providing me options in my vehicle search. We found the perfect vehicle for me, and Jose was fair in working the deal with the upmost integrity and professionalism. I next met with Carlos Machado in Finance. Carlos provided me "no stress" Finance options, and thoroughly explained extended protection programs as well. Carlos in no way persuaded me into anything unwanted, however he was well versed and a true professional in presenting options to me that made sense. Outstanding service. Bourne’s made my entire car buying experience as simple as possible. I had first visited Bourne’s late last year before I decided to try to get a litt Bourne’s made my entire car buying experience as simple as possible. I had first visited Bourne’s late last year before I decided to try to get a little more life out of my old Jetta. From the first visit my sales consultant, Greg P, made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. When unforeseen circumstances left me without a car a few weeks ago I knew exactly where to go. I walked into Bourne’s and Greg and I got right to work. With less than great credit and a new parent’s budget he helped me weigh my options within my my limits. We narrowed it down and I drove just a few of the many great cars on the lot. After setting my sights on a beautiful newer VW CC Greg and the finance director, Carlos went over and above and made it happen for me. Not once did I feel left out or pushed on the sale. I was initially nervous facing the overwhelming experience of buying a car for the first time but the amazing staff at Bourne’s did everything they could to make everything simple and stress free.
