Excellent customer service. I have been a customer at this dealership for 10 years. I have always been treated expertly with courtesy and promptly. They have an amazing courtesy driver Daniel he promptly and safely takes you to your destination and returns for you when your car is ready to be picked up. I purchased a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra at King Hyundai in Deerfiled Beach. After a week I found out that the second key fob did not work. I went to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami (which is my nearest dealer) and Deerfiled Beach. After a week I found out that the second key fob did not work. I went to Potamkin Hyundai in Miami (which is my nearest dealer) and explained the problem. The service advisor told me that I had to pay for the key fob reprogramming or I had to take it where I purchased the car. I explained that since the car is in warranty and that I should not have to pay. I'll be contacting King Hyundai and probably driving 45 miles to solve this problem More
