I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my Durango. Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that if I could find them elsewhere cheaper that they would price match them. Carlos gave me an appointment that was convenient for me. I did check the prices at other tire distributors while I was waiting and the price was only within a couple of dollars but the package the dealership offered was much better. All said and done, Carlos had me in and out in no time with a bill that was even less than the original quote. Carlos and CDJR of Leesburg did an amazing job. The Durango drives like a new vehicle. More

At 3 hrs they had to call an Uber to send me home so I didn't miss an 11:30 appt. I was 15 minutes late. It's a good thing my husband went with so he stayed at the dealership another hour. What they call Express Service is anything but. Also, I had an email offer for 6 quarts of oil but the guy checking in my truck only gave me 5 at that price. I had to argue that as well, even though I printed the email and it was clearly stated in writing. More

I went in for a simple show me how to use my CarPlay. This man went way beyond his call of duty to try and help me. When he checked my vehicle he found out there was a recall.
