I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my Durango. Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that if I could find them elsewhere cheaper that they would price match them. Carlos gave me an appointment that was convenient for me. I did check the prices at other tire distributors while I was waiting and the price was only within a couple of dollars but the package the dealership offered was much better. All said and done, Carlos had me in and out in no time with a bill that was even less than the original quote. Carlos and CDJR of Leesburg did an amazing job. The Durango drives like a new vehicle. Over 3 hours for an oil change! What a joke. Absolutely ridiculous for such a simple service to take this long. No updates, no apologies. I had to go into service and try to track d What a joke. At 3 hrs they had to call an Uber to send me home so I didn't miss an 11:30 appt. I was 15 minutes late. It's a good thing my husband went with so he stayed at the dealership another hour. What they call Express Service is anything but. Also, I had an email offer for 6 quarts of oil but the guy checking in my truck only gave me 5 at that price. I had to argue that as well, even though I printed the email and it was clearly stated in writing. More
