I do appreciate the services performed on my vehicle especially since it is my in and around car. I have a 2006 which is limping along which I use for work. Love my 2017 Durango -Citidel. I my opinion, they way over charge for parts and labor. Only had a minor problem, but I was informed of other issues that I should consider having done. An estimate of over $10,000 to fix all issues. I asked to give me a quote for just the things that were most important (quote $4,500). I had them fix the problem that I brought my Jeep in for. Cost including sales tax and 3 percent for using a credit card was $462. I looked up the price of a Mopar O2 censor. It was under $90 and less than an hour to install. More

Carlos M. did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the status of my Hellcat and the findings from the Tech. I have a Dodge dealership 6 miles from me, but I will be using Leesburg CDJR from now on even tho it's almost an hour drive. More
