Was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I guess the oil change was done. But the tire rotation was not, they claimed they didn't have the lug key. Do you think anyone came and asked me fo I guess the oil change was done. But the tire rotation was not, they claimed they didn't have the lug key. It took 5 hours to get a tire changed. I called ahead and I was told to bring it up. I arrived before 12 and left after 5. There was some confusion about the warranty I purchased, then it I called ahead and I was told to bring it up. I arrived before 12 and left after 5.
