Service was speedy, customer care was excellent. They did a thorough job checking over my vehicle and had video of the inspection shared to my phone while I waited. I have used this dealership for purchases and maintenance for 25 yrs. My 1st purchase was a 1999 Stratus. I have loved the express lane and have repeatedly purchased oil change packages. This time I was gre for 25 yrs. My 1st purchase was a 1999 Stratus. I have loved the express lane and have repeatedly purchased oil change packages. This time I was greatly disappointed, the package prices were quite a bit higher, the lounge area no longer had soft drinks nor were there any snacks offered. I watched the video of my service and saw the tech sit the oil filler cap down on top of the dirty motor and then screw it back on the motor dirt and all. I did tell the service advisor and at 1st said I was mistaken, I have the video. This change of ownership has definitely hurt. SMe ownership as Sun Toyota but a drastic difference. More
