Carlos was very courteous and and thorough and explained everything to me. They took videos of the inspection of my car and then went over it with me. The service department was very busy but Carlos kept everything to me. They took videos of the inspection of my car and then went over it with me. The person in the driveway was also very nice and kept reassuring me that someone would be with me as I didn't have an appointment. More

Carlos had me signed in at my appointment time and explained what would be done. A video was sent shouwing what was going on with the car with some recommendations. Carlos verified what I wanted to ad explained what would be done. A video was sent shouwing what was going on with the car with some recommendations. Carlos verified what I wanted to add to the service and returned when it was completed. I have to wait for some answer to a question from corporate and will return when the answer is provided. I was not happy adding the markup to be paid because of a credit card. I should have been made aware of that when I made the appointment so I could bring cash or check. More

The sales person went through my glove box to find out how much I paid for my jeep. Very dishonest sales person. Said he was looking for the vin #, which is on the dash. Crooked people there.
