Our appreciation, gratitude and thanks to Carlos Mendoza for for taking care of my wife vehicle even when he had a family emergency in partnership with Kobe Hiltz who was able to fix door handle and batter for for taking care of my wife vehicle even when he had a family emergency in partnership with Kobe Hiltz who was able to fix door handle and battery both did a great job on communication, service, recommendations and solutions! Carlos Mendoza offered awesome customer service and saw to it that I was taken care of expeditiously. Even though every time I spend a substantial amount of money when I come there CARLOS explains everythi to it that I was taken care of expeditiously. Even though every time I spend a substantial amount of money when I come there CARLOS explains everything and I leave with my vehicle running great! Carlos Mendoza is my usual service advisor, but he had a family emergency and Kobe Hiltz took care of me. Kope was personable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. 2 complaints.1. The technician left the a family emergency and Kobe Hiltz took care of me. Kope was personable, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. 2 complaints.1. The technician left the air filter box unmatched. 2. The practice of charging 3% for credit card use is ludicrous. Hardly anyone pays cash for service anywhere and forcing customers to use a debit card is poor business practice. Debit cards are much more risky for fraudulent attack and should not be used to transact business. More
