It took 2. 5 hours to have a head light replaced. I had also originally requested to have my windshield wipers replaced, but when they tried to charge me $85 fo 5 hours to have a head light replaced. I had also originally requested to have my windshield wipers replaced, but when they tried to charge me $85 for the wipers, I declined. They texted me when the service started and encouraged me to use text to communicate on services updates. However, my texts were never responded to. Overall, it was a very poor experience. Although I originally bought my Jeep from this dealer, I won’t be back. More
