Best Leasing Experience This was my first time leasing a car and Tustin Hyundai made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed and Carlitos Menjivar went over every detail and que This was my first time leasing a car and Tustin Hyundai made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed and Carlitos Menjivar went over every detail and question that I had. He listened to what I wanted in the car and delivered upon that. One of the smoothest experience I have ever felt at a dealership. I also felt that Carlitos and the Finance Manager were very knowledgeable about the car and leasing process. Easy and Fast Carlos worked the deal over the phone and got paperwork started. We sent our credit application thru Tustin Hyundai Website. He had the car ready for us when we arrived to the dealership. Finalized some paper work that had to be done in person and were in finance within a reasonable amount of time... Excellent service ! I never really thought about purchasing a Hyundai vehicle until I walked in and was greeted by Jimmy and Carlitos. I told Jimmy exactly what I wanted I never really thought about purchasing a Hyundai vehicle until I walked in and was greeted by Jimmy and Carlitos. I told Jimmy exactly what I wanted and he pointed me in the direction of the Elantras. As soon as I got in to the band new car, I loved it. As we took it for a test drive, he answered all the questions my mom and I had. We were new at the whole leasing idea and Jimmy explained everything there was to know about leasing a car. As a first time buyer I had no idea how the paper work went but it was super easy and didn’t take too much time. Jimmy didn’t just try to sell us a car but both him and Carlitos sat down and talked and got to know my mom and I and that made us both feel very comfortable. I couldn’t be more happier with my purchase and having great customer service. The best part is the bow they put on my car so I could take pictures with !!! More

Great buying experience My experience with Carlitos started with a phone call to the dealership asking about new 2018 Sonata with color & options I wanted. Then he text me wi My experience with Carlitos started with a phone call to the dealership asking about new 2018 Sonata with color & options I wanted. Then he text me within couple of hours that he has located the exact car I was looking for from another Hyundai dealership close by. After confirming with me, he arranged the car to be delivered to Tustin Hyundai. I set up an appointment with him after work and met and this was one of the best experiences I had buying a car period. Carlitos was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He took his time showing me all the new technologies on the new Sonata and next day I received a follow up courtesy call. My experience through Finance department was also excellent. I highly recommend Tustin Hyundai & Carlitos to everyone buying a new Hyundai or Genesis More
