I did the whole deal over the phone and via email with the sales guy, Carlos that I simply got paired up with after filling out an online form. I really didn’t feel like Carlos took me seriously through t the sales guy, Carlos that I simply got paired up with after filling out an online form. I really didn’t feel like Carlos took me seriously through the entire process. I would call and he would text back saying he was busy. I’d call again to follow up and he’d call back. I would email him and never get a response. I should have asked for a manager sooner, but I wanted to make things works and not cause any issues. The deal sheet Rivard provided was the best around and I couldn’t walk away from the deal. Carlos made zero effort to appreciate my business or acknowledge all that I had done to get to him and give him the business. I rented a car and drove from west Palm beach to Tampa for this deal. He acted like it was no biggie and he was doing me a favor. He never provided the USB with the documents on it, and failed to be able to answer basic questions about my tag and registration. But, he was quick to let me know that I was the 7th GMC YUKON of the month sold and that because of my sale he made his bonus for the month. Really nice to share all that with me while absolutely not caring about anything else at all. His “tour” of the car consisted of driving me to the detail center in his own car as he didn’t have the decency to pick it up and bring it to the dealership prior to my arrival. I drove 3+ hours to be taken to the detail center to get my car. Rivard was fine. But Carlos isn’t making me rush back. Not even as much as a follow up call from him to check in after selling the car. Two thumbs down for him. One thumb up for Rivard. More
