This is the 3rd dealership I have purchased a BMW and Carlos Munoz is the best service manager I have ever worked with. He is easy to get along with and has never pushed something I didn’t need. Despite another very good experience with my service rep Carlos, my overall experience was less than satisfying. The check in process at the kiosk and the front podium leaves a lot to be desired. The female staff people treated me in a hurried and impersonal manor. Despite my instructions for preferred method of communication and service requests not all information was passed on the my service rep. I suggest a complete review of your check in and internal communication process be preformed. More
