This experience was fine. I have a major complaint about thi I Have a complaint about this dealership’s customer service. Using Hertz for loaner cars - and low level cars, at best - and Uber for rides is unsati I Have a complaint about this dealership’s customer service. Using Hertz for loaner cars - and low level cars, at best - and Uber for rides is unsatisfactory. Loaners are rarely provided. No other BMW dealership I’ve dealt with handles this issue the same miserly manner. Cookies in the waiting lounge does not make up for this lack in an upscale dealership. More

Excellent Service Carlos was my Service Representative. He kept me updated by text with everything that was happening with my car. I went in for an oil change and a r Carlos was my Service Representative. He kept me updated by text with everything that was happening with my car. I went in for an oil change and a recall fix. Ultimately, I had a broken light that I wasn’t aware of and needed two front tires. I was offered a free rental car to be arranged through Hertz. The Hertz experience was horrible!!! The salesperson kept trying to sell me extra insurance even after I told him I wasn’t interested because I had my own insurance. His words were, “you will be responsible for any damages even if it’s not your fault”. The Hertz agent pointed me to a Dodge Caravan. I told him I wanted something smaller. He said that was the only car available. I barely made it home as the car had a flat tire. Hertz sent someone from AAA to change the tire. Unfortunately, the tire couldn’t be changed because there were no tools for changing the tire in the car. The car had to be towed and Hertz said they would not bring me another car. Thankfully, Carlos Munoz got involved and hertz ended up bringing another car to my home. More

As a 30+ year owner of BMW's, across several dealerships in multiple states, I can say that Carlos Munoz is by far the most thorough service writer/manager that I have worked with. His follow up, and atten in multiple states, I can say that Carlos Munoz is by far the most thorough service writer/manager that I have worked with. His follow up, and attention to detail are exceptional. I will request Carlos only when scheduling my service appointments. Kevin Finley More
