I was serviced there before with the car I am trading in now for my new one and I got a great deal and was helped out tremendously. I didn't want to go with anyone else to trade in my car because I knew how friendly and helpful Toyota of Braintree is. I was able to get an extremely great deal on my new car and I am so thankful for the employees that helped me. They were wonderful and fun to talk to. I felt like I knew them forever. I knew exactly what I wanted, and the ceiling price I would pay. Walace Langame, Carlos Ortega and Kenny Tempro understood how valuable my time is, and got right to the business of helping me get my need would pay. Carlos turned me over to Kenny (with whom I have dealt previously), and Kenny wasted no time on showing me more expensive vehicles than I was willing to consider. He made sure I saw the best choices for what I wanted, and I ended up giving him a deposit on the vehicle I chose within an hour. When I returned to close the deal with Walace, he made sure that I was in and out of there as fast as possible, after I watched him have a great, collegial conversation with my lender to make sure I received the best loan possible. Finally, the car was delivered in spotless condition, and it runs beautifully. These guys have my business permanently. More

I purchased my 5th new Toyota corolla 8/19/13.This was the best experience buying an automobile that I ever had. It was stress free, thanks to Carlos Ortega and Rick Heenan. There was absolutely no pressure. They were honest and true to their word. Rick spent a lot of time with me explaining the features of the new corolla and he was very patient answering all my questions. Rick was so friendly that I felt as if I knew him for years. This was a such a great experience that I will never go to another Toyota dealer for a purchase or for service. I have used their service dept. for years and have been very satisfied with the service and with Brian Linn. I will recommend this Toyota of Braintree, Carlos Ortega and Rick Heenan to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

They were extremely unprofessional, rude and unwilling to even consider our offer. The gentleman who helped us, after passing us along to three different people, didn't even give us his name. I knew buying a car wouldn't be easy, but I was highly disappointed and discouraged by the service or lack of service that I had received. My family and I got back on the highway and headed home from what seemed to be the beginning of a very difficult task. Once on route 3, we saw the Toyota sign of Braintree. After a family vote, we decided one more stop couldn't hurt. From the moment we entered the lot, we were kindly greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Eduardo Vivas. He made my family feel welcome by including all of us the car buying experience. He listened to what we were looking for and kindly pointed us in the direction of not only what we were looking for, but also suggested options we had not even considered. I was pleasantly surprised when he agreed with us that certain pricey features were not things that we needed for our vehicle. It showed that he was truly listening to what we were looking for and not just trying to sell a car. Once it came time to do the paperwork for our new Avalon, Eduardo introduced my family and I to everyone at Toyota who was being involved in the experience. From Carlos and Wallace, to Charlie Tufankjian himself, everyone went above and beyond our expectations. Eduardo did an excellent job of helping us stay within our budget. His honesty was greatly appreciated and will be recommended to anyone looking to buy a car. Although there are other Toyota dealerships closer to my home, I will always be willing to travel the extra distance for any type of service that my car may need. More

I came to this dealership as the lease on my corolla was coming to an end. I was sick to my stomach about even setting foot inside the dealership as I was well over my mileage, don't have much of a savings, coming to an end. I met with Jess Colanino, who was new at the time. Immediately she gave me a warm smile and presented herself with so much confidence that I knew she would do her best to help me- and she did. Jess made my whole situation way easier to deal with and made an effort to care, versus being a sketchy, stingy, car salesman. It felt like she was a close friend that I could truly trust. I highly recommend Jess Colanino and believe she truly has a different approach than most car salesmen. You won't regret seeing her! Also props to Ian Merrill for helping her through all of the details of my trade, he was awesome as well! More

I LOVE my new 2013 RAV 4 but I'm IN LOVE with the Dealership! I hate buying cars - I can't stand leaving a dealer and feeling like I left part of my soul on the showroom floor, that was not the case Dealership! I hate buying cars - I can't stand leaving a dealer and feeling like I left part of my soul on the showroom floor, that was not the case at Tufankjian Toyota. I love this place and everyone that I had the absolute pleasure of meeting. There was no uncomfortable or awkward back and forth on price, the price they gave me on my new car was fantastic. Walace (finance) was extremely knowledgeable (and handsome). He answered all of my questions and took lots of time to figure out different financing options and I never felt rushed; it was like chatting with an old friend. Kenny was fun and funny and he's a great dancer. How many people buy a new car and can say that they got to dance in the finance office with their salesman...I did! Carlos was very kind and accommodating, i felt like they rolled out the red carpet for me. I am eternally grateful for the service I received and will forever be a devoted Tufankjian customer. I feel like I hit the new car lottery and my new RAV4 is the "best car in the world." I had such a positive experience that my son went to Tufankjian a few days after me and bought a new Toyota Tacoma. He too had and outstanding experience. My experience at Tufankjian Toyota was truly extraordinary and I can't wait to buy my next new car. More

This dealership was great! I was nervous because I didn't think they could help. My car (Chevy Equinox) broke down and I was stranded. I needed a car but wasn't sure the credit would fly. Gail showed me a brand new Corolla S with a sun roof rear spoiler and alloy wheels in an awesome blue color. I am on a very limited budget, but Gail assured me, we could make it work. Gail introduced me to leasing as a way of reducing my payment. I was skeptical because I wasn't sure about leasing with the rules about returning the car with scratches and such. I thought I could be charged a lot of money at the end of the lease. Don assured me that with the Excess Wear and use program, I wouldn't have to worry about the lease return issues. He made the payments affordable at only $200 a month and even included the GAP insurance. Carlos help seal the deal! Thanks This dealership has a great team. They make shopping easy and have a great selection with over 500 cars inside! I will be back again and recommend them to all my friends and family. Keep up the great work. Amy Walsh More

We recently bought a new Toyota Sienna XLE AWD and the process was fantastic. We did not plan to puchase the minivan that day, however we couldnt resist after taking it for a test drive and meeting our s process was fantastic. He listened to our needs and our "wish list" for the minivan. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking to buy. He did not try too over sell us on a vehicle that we couldnt afford or didnt want. We had dual DVD players installed, which was explained to us by Bill - he did an excellent job describing how they work and the benefits of dual DVD players vs the factory installed--my kids love them !! Our Finance Manager Walace made this part seamless. He was very prepared at the time of closing, knowlegable of products and found us a great leasing program . On the day we were scheduled to pick up the Sienna, Tony was not working,Sunny took over for him. He did a wonderful job at explaining the in's and out's of our new minivan. He is extremely knowledgeable and tech savvy which is great because we are not! Sunny made us feel like he had been working with us from the beginning. We had the pleasure of meeting the GM Carlos-he checked in with us several times while we were there. Always making sure we were being taking care of and if we had any questions. This was our first experience puchasing from Tufankjian and would buy again from them in a minute.
