I was a previous customer of Braintree Toyota when it was in Weymouth almost 6 years ago. At that time I was a single mom, 2 kids, with lousy credit and with a big need for a safe car for my babies.I met a in Weymouth almost 6 years ago. At that time I was a single mom, 2 kids, with lousy credit and with a big need for a safe car for my babies.I met a great sales rep, Mark McElroy, who got me what I needed at a price I could afford. He was excellent and helped me so much! Because of him I kept his card all these years, and now that my kids have grown I had a need for something bigger but still in my price range. I was blessed to get a letter from the dealership about a need for the car I had. I knew this was a sign it was time to go back. Now that I live on the North Shore it was a longer trip to their dealership, but about a month ago I had tried a North Shore Toyota dealership. I did not recieve the same treatment. So I knew the place I wanted to go for great customer service was back to the South Shore to Toyota of Braintree! This time I worked with Leo Batisa, we looked into a few cars and even took one for a test drive. I just didn't "love it" He allowed me the time I needed to look over all the cars in the lot to find one I did love. I appreciated his patients and his customer service! After I chose a car I was visited by Carlos Ortega who congratulated me on and encouraged me in my choice of a 2010 Camry. Leo was great to work out the details for me. I met Bill Detellis, accessories manager, who gave me the information about my car and helped me choose the right accessory (an alarm) for my car and I felt aboslutely no pressure to add any "frills". Then I worked with Walace Langame, a really great finance guy. He also got me the protection I needed and worked an amazing plan that fit my life and finances. And I even got to see Mark McElroy again and thank him for my previous car. The entire team was friendly and so helpful. I felt comfortable with all of the great people I met that day and I went home in my new car. I have and would recomend this dealership to all of my friends and family. I was lucky to have met Mark McElroy, because of him I came back to Toyota of Braintree, and I found that all that work their are great people to work with! So thank you to Leo, Bill, Wallace, Carlos and Mark! You should go to Toyota of Braintree! It is a great place! More

The sales process was actually pleasant, not the stressful pressure cooker of previous experiences at other dealerships. Bob Wilfand gave us the most detailed, bumper-to-bumper "tour" of a car we've ever received--he really knows his product!--listed pros AND cons of the two models we were deciding between, and made no attempt to pressure us into a sale either way. Once we knew what we wanted, Carlos Ortega worked hard to find our preferred model and color, and gave us a detailed rundown of prices and options for 2012 and 2013. Eric Francke went through every accessory and gave honest assessments re. whether we would use it, given our lifestyle/driving habits. John Celesk walked us through the financing and answered all our questions in detail. We got our preferred model, year, and color within 48 hours--cleaned, insurance and plates transferred, ready to drive home. Tufankjian Toyota is a class act. More

I came into the dealership with the hope of buying a car and getting out of a horrendous situation brought on by Sullivan Brothers in Kingston last year. I was graciously met by Eduardo Vivas.The challenge that I brought to Eduardo was not an easy one however he reassured me that he would do all that he could for me but at the same time was realistic with me. I really appreciated his approach and professionalism. I trusted him immediatley. He was practical when it came to showing me the the cars that I could afford. I next met with Carlos Ortega. He was so professional and personable and gave me hope that I might actually be able to work out a transaction. I then met with Bill Detellis to look at accessories on his "very large" computer screen. He was funny, personable and very professional. He made some very wise choices for me which I chose to purchase. Onward to Walace Langame...the financier. What a wonderful, kind and intelligent man. I was so nervous meeting with him and he immediatley put me at ease. We chatted for a bit and he told me that he would do everything he could to get financing for me to purchase a vehicle, again, not an easy situation....and boy did he ever! Two days later I drove off the Tufankjian Toyota lot in my brand new 2012 Rav 4 one incredibly happy lady! This was the most amazing car purchase experience of my life...and there have been many! From the moment I walked through the door until I drove away in my new car I dealt with professional, FRIENDLY, welcoming and happy people who clearly loved and were good at their job.I will recommend everybody I know to Turfankjian Toyota. I brought my car for the first 5000 miles checked, and as I was waiting for the service to be done I browsed for new cars that's on display at the lobby. I then saw the 2012 Toyota Highlander and asked Sunny I was waiting for the service to be done I browsed for new cars that's on display at the lobby. I then saw the 2012 Toyota Highlander and asked Sunny if he can quote me a good price of the car so I can called my sister (who is at work at that time) that I found a car for her. After Sunny was done with his costumer that he was attending to... he gave me a quotation of the car and I then called my sister at work about the Toyota Highlander. I didn't know that on that same day she has an appointment to close the transaction with another dealer of the same kind of car. I told Sunny that I will picked up my sister and brother -in-law at the train station after work so that he can wait for them. I test drive the car and encouraged my sister not to go to other dealership and I asked her to talked to Sunny and Carlos if they are Okay with the price that they gave me. At 9:00pm.they closed the deal and purchased the car.I told my sister that purchasing a vehicle in Tufankjian, Braintree dealership is a good choice because they treat all the customers like friends and family and their service is excellent. Coming to this dealership was the best thing I could have done. I always have horror stories with cars and dealers this by far was the best experience I ever had. I had to pinch myself when I left the dealer done. I always have horror stories with cars and dealers this by far was the best experience I ever had. I had to pinch myself when I left the dealership yesterday. My journey started Monday when I came in and spoke to Shad about two used cars I was interested in and he told me he would have them transferred. Tuesday I came back and was able to test drive the Nissan. The fact that Shad was knowledgable and open to any questions made me feel comfortable and at ease going through this process. He explained to me what was going on every step of the way. After Shad was finished he introduced me to Wallace and assured me that he would take good care of me with the financial aspect of the car which he did. He made possible out of impossible. Wallace was awesome to deal with he explained to me very honestly what my options were, while assuring me he would do his best to make it work for me which he ultimately did. Wallace and Carlos helped me get the best deal as well as made it possible to get a reliable inexpensive vehicle. My life is not just a tad bit easier knowing I have something relibale to get me around so I can take care of myself and help out my family and friends. More
