David, Carlos and Peter deserve an A++ rating. They are very professional and extremely service oriented. This is not your typical dealership. These guys represent the MB brand at the highest level. Their job is not just to sell you a vehicle, but to sell you an experience. Most dealerships just want to sell you a vehicle and their maintenance facility, which by the way it is wrongly refer to as the service department. At MB coral gables the entire dealership should be renamed Service. These guys will take their time explaining to you how everything on the vehicle works, and not just hand you a key. If you happen to be shopping around for a MB, don't waste your time using a Broker or going to another dealer. MB coral gables lives up to the MB emblem. More
