Great Trade-In to Lease Experience for an Out-of-Stater I touched most of the bases at this dealership, and everyone I worked with was very responsive and great to work with. I live in PA, but I submitted to receive a KBB instant offer, which lead to them contacting Freehold for me initially. I initially spoke with Ira who works on their Internet side. We had an incredibly straight-forward conversation about what I was looking for, what offers I'd received previously, and what he could offer. Once we agreed to the framework of the terms, and because he wasn't in on the particular Saturday I was coming in, he transferred me to Carlos on the sales team. Carlos called me shortly after Ira told me about the transfer to introduce himself. He answered any questions I had (which were a few due to the out-of-state transaction) and was very informative and personable. When I arrived at the dealership, Carlos greeted me and we walked through everything with my trade-in as well as the normal car transfer details, again answering any question I had. Because almost all of the details had been discussed previously, I was only in the office for about 2 hours total. This is compared to a 5+ hour marathon I've had previously at a local dealership. Playing into that short time was my work with David in the finance department. He was very straight-forward as well, which lead to by far the shortest time I've ever been with a financing department at a car dealership. Overall, I can't say enough about how easy of a transaction this was and how everyone treated me. Since taking ownership of the vehicle, Carlos has stayed in communication with me to make sure everything is going smoothly. His personal touch throughout was/is greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to work with Freehold (even if you're out-of-state like me). More

Plus, as we were driving to the store, i called in and told them we are coming in, and we would like to test drive two different vehicles. Then i said i hope it wouldn't take forever to get those vehicles prepared for testing. The person i spoke to said it would take no more than 5 minutes. And to my utter disbelief that's exactly what it took. Friendliness and no pressure at every level. No time wasted for crazy talk. I think what i said here should speak for itself. The people in this particular store are just as good as the Subaru cars itself. Please place this for everybody to see. . More

We found a car that was more than satisfactory and I picked it up at the dealership the next day.
