Good experience overall with the purchase of my 2020 Yukon. I love the vehicle . The salesperson, Louis, was great to deal with. I have two complaints about the dealership. The first complaint was the minimal amount of money I was given for my trade-in. In the end, I should have kept my vehicle and sold it to a private individual. The second complaint is the result of initially being told that I could expect 3.9% financing which is one main reason I came to the dealership initially. After applying for the financing I was told that the 3.9% financing was only available on the purchase of two types of vehicles which the Yukon did not qualify for. I found this to be surprising as well as deceiving. More
