Staff is easy to work with and they are always pleasant. Carlos had paperwork ready and the car rental place all set up when I arrived. Amazing! Carlos Rovira at the service center provided exceptional service as always but this time it was very special considering COVID-19 situation. I was offered the option of support with alternate tr exceptional service as always but this time it was very special considering COVID-19 situation. I was offered the option of support with alternate transportation to pick up my vehicle, my vehicle was cleaned and my gas tank was filled when I went to pick up my vehicle.
