Dealership & Maintenance Check-up On Memorial Weekend, my old & faithful came to a abrupt end. Left with no choice, I had to rent a car in order to find/purchase a car & that didn't leave much time to research finding a vehicle. Honda of New Roc came highly recommended (from my neighbor) & I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice of vehicle - from the dealership, finance dept. to my first service checkup. During my first/recent maintenance checkup of my Honda Accord, I really appreciated the professionalism, courtesy & pleasantness from the staff & crew. Go to another service Center and save yourself a headache+ $ Service Center in New Rochelle is absolutely horrible!!! It smells like urine and was so dirty that I waited outside with my two children while I was Service Center in New Rochelle is absolutely horrible!!! It smells like urine and was so dirty that I waited outside with my two children while I was waiting for an oil change. They tell me that I needed new rear rotors and brakes And quoted me $800. I told them not to touch my car.. I then went to Honda Service in Yonkers where,mind you, my $650 pre paid maintenance package ( where you pay because it's "synthetic oil " for two years of service) was not even honored- how does a thirty five dollar oil change equal $650 for two years.. I'm not a cab... Got screwed with that) anyway, I ended up paying around $600 for all that work ( instead of new rotors they could cut them) plus more at Yonkers. I will eat the $650 but believe me I would never go back to New Rochelle again and advise others not to either. They are not honest mechanics and rip their customers off. They simply do not care! I do have to say that the finance department was great there though. More

Help Is On The Way!!!!! I was not looking for a car originally! Something lead me to Honda(Spiritual)! I always thought I was going to get a Lexus! So glad I was lead to t I was not looking for a car originally! Something lead me to Honda(Spiritual)! I always thought I was going to get a Lexus! So glad I was lead to this dealership! Aalia, my Sales Person is the Best! On the day I got the car everyone was very courteous, and polite! Bought me lunch and let me test drive the car! Everything was perfected! I am so grateful to Honda, being in the right place, at the right time! God Bless You All!!!! More

Satisfied customer (again) This was my second purchase at the Honda of New Rochelle and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was very patient with all the questions I had, and I didn't feel like I was being forced into any of the decisions I made. It started with seeing a vehicle I was interested in online and submitting a request for information. I received a response from Erika Garcia, who was friendly and informative. The day of my appointment Leticia Perez called to confirm and make sure I had all the information I needed. Upon arrival I immediately met with Cesar Urquiola, who was welcoming, patient (listened to all of my concerns and questions to make sure that I was getting what I needed with the vehicle I was there to check out). I then worked with Carlos Santana to secure financing - and he took the time to orchestrate something that was right for me and my budget requirements. Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to recommend Honda of New Rochelle to anyone who asks :) More

From Kevin the salesperson, Joe the manager and Carlos the financial expert for auto financing I was in good hands. Everyone was competent and trusting. I had my choice of low mileage vehicles that were in excellent condition. I valued Joe's input and he found the car that I love to drive. The haggling process was minimized due to competitive pricing. I highly recommended them to all , especially my friends. More

I went into this dealership ready for a hassle and a wheel and deal from the salesman. The first gentleman was rude (in my opinion) he test drove with me three vehicles and when I made my decision to g wheel and deal from the salesman. The first gentleman was rude (in my opinion) he test drove with me three vehicles and when I made my decision to go with a vehicle that was not a HONDA he passed me on to a different salesman!!!! However, that was a blessing in disguise because Cesar was the greatest. He was very honest and listened to my concerns and understood the reasons I chose the vehicle I did. The initial offer for my trade in was not acceptable to me and Cesar went directly to his manager who agreed to change it to an agreeable amount. I was very nervous going in as this was my first time financing a car but they made me feel at ease and did not pressure me into anything. The business manager (I think) Carlos, very nice gentleman at all but he tacked on an additional $2100 for a warranty without me asking. It is well worth it though as long as, when I need service, it is actually covered. I think that these dealers are honest and stick by their word. Please research and read all reviews to make the best choice for yourself but I can say that you will experience unparalleled service at Honda of New Rochelle. More

Stefano was professional, informed and friendly. He was extremely helpful in working out the price as well as explaining the entire price - step by step. He was energetic and knowledgeable and at the same time comfortable to speak with. Initially, I met with Graehme on Friday. I explained to him that I would return in the next day or so with my husband. My overall with him was extremely positive as well. He was professional and extremely helpful when I picked up the car, completingly explaining all the features of the car. I returned the following day to drop off some papers and he again extended his courtesy and professionalism. Overall, my husband were very pleased with all of the staff with whom we interacted and we were very pleased with the efficiency in delivery the service.
