Stefano was professional, informed and friendly. He was extremely helpful in working out the price as well as explaining the entire price - step by step. He was energetic and knowledgeable and at the same extremely helpful in working out the price as well as explaining the entire price - step by step. He was energetic and knowledgeable and at the same time comfortable to speak with. Initially, I met with Graehme on Friday. I explained to him that I would return in the next day or so with my husband. My overall with him was extremely positive as well. He was professional and extremely helpful when I picked up the car, completingly explaining all the features of the car. I returned the following day to drop off some papers and he again extended his courtesy and professionalism. Overall, my husband were very pleased with all of the staff with whom we interacted and we were very pleased with the efficiency in delivery the service. I worked with Steve Locicero and he was the most helpful salesman. He was very kind and such a pleasure to work with. My first dealing was with Noel Samuels. He was very knowledgeable about the used Pilot I was about to purchase. He was friendly,and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I left a 2 thousand dollar depos knowledgeable about the used Pilot I was about to purchase. He was friendly,and I felt comfortable dealing with him. I left a 2 thousand dollar deposit on the car on a Sunday,when I went in on the following monday to finalize the deal and to give a bank check, I was told by Carlos Santana my deposit of 2 thousand dollars would be recredited back to my account.Three days later when I checked my credit card balance it was still there.I went back to see Carlos and was told a mistake must have happenend and it would be resolved.In the mean time we had alot of rain the next couple of days and mysteriously a lot of scratches appeared on the car that were not there prior to the rainfall. When I went back to talk to my sales person about it, he said they were willing to fix some but not all the problems. I explained that I would have never bought this Pilot with the amout of scatches that seemed to appear after the rain. I feel the dealer did something to hide them. I started to feel like I was "taken" by the dealership.I was very disappointed with everything. I brought the car in the next morning to get the hood painted.On wednesday evening I went to pickup the car. The hood looked good. When I got in the truck the CHECK TIRE PRESSURE light was lit. They told me to go to the honda service center up the street and they would fill it. They did and I was on my way. On the tenth day my credit card was finally recredited, But I had to pay the interest on 2000.00 for ten days. The tire pressure went low again in 5 days. When I brought back to service, Mike Vigliotti and his team checked the tire and found a plug in it that was leaking and said I would need a new tire. I explained to him what a terrible experience I had had already and he installed a new tire at no charge. WAY TO GO MIKE. There was now a smile back on my face, just like the very first day I took the car from the lot. More
