Kevin Suarez was my service advisor and he was excellent. He was professional, cordial and welcomed me with a smile. Kevin communicated with me while my vehicle was being serviced and later to go over my ser He was professional, cordial and welcomed me with a smile. I was in and out of the service department in a very timely manner even though there was a temporary malfunction with the hydraulic lifts in the shop. Kevin, kept me well informed and provided great customer service to me and his other customers. It is because of Kevin and his exceptional customer service I will return to Findlay Honda Henderson for all of my vehicle repairs. I will make sure I share my experience with all of my friends and family as well.
