I didn't print out a coupon for my new battery as I forgot. The service guy told me there was not a coupon and I went back to the website and after I paid say that there was 25.00 off a new battery. Taylor was exceptionally awful. Provided diagnostics report showing everything was fine. Pulled up my vehicle with lights on my dashboard and asked if I remember these lights being Provided diagnostics report showing everything was fine. Proceeded to let me know I was liable for an issue that happened under Findlay Hondas care. Time stamped the diagnostic code under their care and still had the audacity to ask if I had an extended warranty to cover it. Followed with “this is a known issue for these cars” when he just told me and handed me a diagnostic report that everything was good. The report mentions none of the issues he verbally conveyed after I paid for my oil change. Brought my car in with a camera sensor that worked perfectly fine, left without one that places my family’s safety at risk. More
