I didn't print out a coupon for my new battery as I forgot. The service guy told me there was not a coupon and I went back to the website and after I paid say that there was 25.00 off a new battery. I take my car to Honda for all services and I feel like the service guys should be better in trying to help the customer with any available discounts. Especially in these times of economic hardships. It's how they will build more loyalty. More

Taylor was exceptionally awful. Provided diagnostics report showing everything was fine. Pulled up my vehicle with lights on my dashboard and asked if I remember these lights being Provided diagnostics report showing everything was fine. Pulled up my vehicle with lights on my dashboard and asked if I remember these lights being on when I provided my vehicle without them on. Proceeded to let me know I was liable for an issue that happened under Findlay Hondas care. Time stamped the diagnostic code under their care and still had the audacity to ask if I had an extended warranty to cover it. Followed with “this is a known issue for these cars” when he just told me and handed me a diagnostic report that everything was good. The report mentions none of the issues he verbally conveyed after I paid for my oil change. Brought my car in with a camera sensor that worked perfectly fine, left without one that places my family’s safety at risk. More
