We’ve never had a finance experience this smooth (can you say absolutely prepared for your arrival - YES), and it’s clear he also puts the customer first. Carlos' attention to detail, creativity, and advocacy were second to none. Carlos is a finance wizard - no matter the request. A true customer advocate and a genuinely nice man. Customer success is very personal for Carlos and he doesn't hesitate to do what's right. We're fortunate to have a good credit profile, but Carlos demanded additional savings to the tune of $400 over the cost of the lease. He made calls to Kia, twisted arms, and wouldn't accept anything outside his goal for special treatment. What a welcome surprise when it came to saving more money. He held this "special welcomed surprise" until the paperwork was signed. Who does this? Carlos does. Bravo, thank you Carlos! More
