I went into Hamer Toyota over the summer because my truck had been making a rattling noise for way too long. Carlos greeted me right away. I let him know all that I knew about cars, which is nothing except h had been making a rattling noise for way too long. Carlos greeted me right away. I let him know all that I knew about cars, which is nothing except how to drive them. He laughed and assured me he would find out in no time and asked if I would like to sit in the waiting area. In no time at all he told me the rattling was from my timing chain and that the timing chain guides were failing. The price was excellent and my car doesn't make noises it's not suppose to anymore. I recommended him to a couple of friends and they found the same great experience. More
