Carlos Vasquez is the reason I take my car to Hamer for service. I live in Los Angeles and there are many places closer and more convenient to me than Hamer. But I drive to Hamer because of Carlos. The service from my first interaction with him is always courteous and professional. The actual work performed on my car is always perfect. Everything is done correctly and cleanly. When I leave my car with him I trust that it will be cared for properly. Communication is always good. The work is always completed on time. I will continue to recommend Carlos Vasquez to my friends and family. In fact my parents take their Avalon to him also. More

Very typically, people only choose to be vocal when something goes wrong, while never taking the time to give praise when something goes right. Although I cannot claim to be an exception to this rule, something goes wrong, while never taking the time to give praise when something goes right. Although I cannot claim to be an exception to this rule, I feel that it would be a tremendous disservice for me to not let my extreme satisfaction be known after my recent purchase of a 2010 Corolla S from Hamer Toyota. While in the market for a new compact car, I visited four dealerships in the Los Angeles area. The other dealerships I interacted with were either unfriendly, ill-prepared to answer my questions, or not in possession of a large enough stock of cars for me to find what I wanted. Not only were the people at Hamer friendly and knowledgeable, but I never felt pressure, and I was treated with respect-not just like a perspective sale. What truly motivated me to write this was how far above-and-beyond my interaction with Hamer truly went, and specifically, with salesman Raul Mancia. Despite working in a dealership of its immense size, Raul took the time to learn my name, listen to what I was looking for, and help me find a car that met my needs-which I also happen to love. Raul's friendly sense of humor, pressure-less approach, quick communication and genuine interest in making sure his customers leave happy is a model for how a car buying experience should be. He is truly an asset to the dealership. This fantastic service continued beyond my purchase. Regrettably, I had a few minor mechanical issues within the first four days of owning the car. A quick call to the on-duty service manager set me up with an immediate appointment with Carlos Vasquez, who fit me into his busy schedule. Carlos and his team rectified the issues readily and capably. Although I anticipated a difficult situation, it could not have been any less painless. I have been sure to share this positive experience with my friends and family, and when my girlfriend goes to buy a car soon, we intend to call Raul. I am a second generation Hamer customer (my dad bought a Camry from Hamer), and after this, I intend to be a Toyota customer-and a Hamer one, specifically-for a long time to come. More

One of the friendliest places to go to when in need of a fix. The workers here are pretty serious of their work and also make you feel welcomed. Carlos Vasquez has been one of those employers that have been fix. The workers here are pretty serious of their work and also make you feel welcomed. Carlos Vasquez has been one of those employers that have been truly kind, he is a real hard worker and probably one of the best helpers. He always keeps his costumers with a smile and tries to make your waiting time feel not that long. Even when he has a lot of costumers he is still able to control the pressure and do everything he can to help each and every single costumer. Anytime my family had an issue with the car he would always be willing to help. I highly recommend that if you need assistance that Carlos Vasquez is on your list of helpers. This Toyota is a pretty much well structured group with great employers in which you can't go wrong, you will be treated kindly and will have no problems. More
