Well, I barely drive my truck. I have a work car. So I never tow or placed anything heavy in the bed. Yet they had to replace the rear shocks and claim my rear rim is dented and ne I have a work car. So I never tow or placed anything heavy in the bed. Yet they had to replace the rear shocks and claim my rear rim is dented and needs to be replaced. I’m very convinced that it was sold to me like this. So I definitely don’t trust the service center or the dealer. I’ll make sure I let everyone I come in contact with know. This time, I took it in for a weird vibration and they kept the truck for several days and didn’t fix anything. I’d argue the vibration is worse now. I’m taking it to a mechanic I can trust to get it fixed from now on. Carmen was pleasant to interact with. But I didn’t go to the dealer for pleasantries. I’d rather my truck get fixed. More
