My vehicle was ready for the 45,000 service. Without having an appointment the dealership kept my vehicle gave me a ride home. When vehicle was done in a very timely manner I got a ride back. Went into Royal Moore Toyota due to the fact that I was not happy with my last service at Beaverton Toyota. I had a bad vibration in what I thought was the rear speaker and was told by the prior Dealershi not happy with my last service at Beaverton Toyota. I had a bad vibration in what I thought was the rear speaker and was told by the prior Dealership that there was nothing that could be done. I was also told that the cabin air filter was not included in my 10K mile service, which it showed in the Maintenance Book was included. As it turned out the other dealership charged Toyota for the cabin air filter which I did never received. Carmen went out of his way to look up my prior service, and that is when we discovered what Beaverton Toyota had done. The vibration was located in the headliner of my vehicle and an appointment was scheduled to have this fixed, I hope. Because it is still under warranty, I will also be provided a rental vehicle. Carmen and Royal Moore is my new dealership. I cannot rate the quality of work yet as the work has not been completed. More
