I could not have asked for a better salesman. Carol in the finance office worked hard to put me in a better situation. They lowered my interest rate, gave me lower payments, and it’s a newer car with lower miles. I went from a 2015 Ford Fusion to a 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The Search is on. My husband searched the internet many hours and days looking for the truck we wanted. After visiting a few dealers and looking at the trucks they had My husband searched the internet many hours and days looking for the truck we wanted. After visiting a few dealers and looking at the trucks they had to offer, we found one at Columbiana Dodge. To our disappointment it was sold when we finally called. The Search continued. Then one day we returned to the Columbiana site, and there it was. I contacted Devon and began the many text and emails to see that it would be what we were looking for. Columbiana Dodge is a long way from our home, 600+ miles. We found another truck closer but not quite what we wanted. So I called Devon and told him we would take the truck. We made arrangements to go to Ohio and get the truck. We stopped at the dealership and completed the sale. Devon spent considerable time explaining all of the Dodge Ram Features, he is the best sales person we have ever worked with, Five stars to you Columbiana Dodge and Ten stars to Devon Hull for all of the help.
