The process went quickly, but not too quickly, as she was able to show me all the features of my new vehicle and explained the financial part. I believe she got me every rebate and bonus available, which helped. The entire staff was friendly, the lit is HUGE with a great selection, and the showroom is beautiful. Great experience! I had met Larry a couple of years ago while I was having a vehicle serviced. He was more than patient and willing to answer my questions even though I I had met Larry a couple of years ago while I was having a vehicle serviced. He was more than patient and willing to answer my questions even though I wasn't going to be purchasing a vehicle. When my wife and I decided that we were ready to trade in our Jeep, Larry was our first choice. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, with our two year old and 3 month old daughters. From the start he was wonderful no only with us, but with our 2 year old as well. There was never any pressure to sign a deal, and Larry took the time to make sure we understood everything that we talked about. We will continue to work with Larry in the future and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. We also worked with Carol in the Finance department who was just as great. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever had!!! We brought our used vehicle in to see what we could do with trading it in and explained what we wanted and John got us there.
