Third vehicle purchased with Carol Heyse. This was my 3rd vehicle I purchased at this dealership. Carol Heyse has been phenominal to work with and always look out for her clients' needs. My This was my 3rd vehicle I purchased at this dealership. Carol Heyse has been phenominal to work with and always look out for her clients' needs. My experience everytime made me go back the next. One time I had a flat tire and when I took my car to "Firestone" down the road, they indicated I had to replace all four tires as a result of the damage the one incurred. Needless to say, I phone Carol and said: Is this true? She asked me to bring the car in the next day to the service department. $15 later, tire was fixed with no need to replace the other three. I subsequently drove an additional 40 000 miles on my set of tires before I had to replace them. So, needless to say, this dealership and their personnel really look out for their clients. More
